Maybe its me but I can’t get my head around this bl**dy form. Can anyone please tell me how to answer the following questions on the V V VAF1 form?

Below is a copy of section 4 and with OUR correct answers added in block caps after each question where I would tick the box.

Is question 4.8 asking for an answer relating to question 4.3 where I have answered YES?

If so does that mean question 4.9 asking for an answer relating to question 4.4?

But is question 4.10 relating to 4.3 or 4.4?

also what the h*ll is 4.11 relating to, 4.3 or 4.4?

I hope this makes sense as it’s difficult to explain this in writing as opposed to speaking the question!

My girlfriend first applied in October 2004 and was refused. She reapplied again in January 2005 and was given the V V. so YES is correct for both 4.1 – 4.4

Hi Phil,

I wouldn't go into too much detail on the form, as your g/f's immigration history will be othrwise apparent to the visa officer from her passport and their records. I therefore suggest the following:-

4.8 - Bangkok

4.9 - insert the dates of both previous applications

4.10 - visit visas

4.11 - either insert the reference numbers or "don't know"

4.12 - N/A
