sea bands for nausea in thailand?

Featured Replies

Do they have sea bands here? If so, where could I get them? I could really use them for the morning sickness I have. I heard they work quite well. If they don't have them, is there anything else I could use?? Thanks!

AFAIK sea-band not available here.

Some women get relief from Vitamin B6 supplementation (doses 10-25 mg, start with the lower dose). Once a day. If your nausea is firsth thing in the AM then try taking just before sleep.

Sipping ginger tea (made with real ginger, not the powder) can also help, hot or cold as you prefer. And eating dry toast or crackers.

The other thing you can do is acupressure on the wrist. The Sea-band works through that anyhow and you can achieve the same thing yourself. See

You could also probably buy a sea-band online or even make a facsimilie yourself. It is just a matter of having something that presses on the right spot.

Good luck!
