Need stamp from Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Offices working?

I was there on Thursday. They have a table set up on the side with a sign that reads "Translations" and a few long tables for the general stuff. The whole thing was pretty painless and quick. Got there 40 minutes before they opened and there were already 20 or so people waiting, so if you want to get the express service, you need to arrive early.

UPDATE:

I finally received an email back from the Ministry and it says:

From Monday 24 March 2014, the Legalization Division will provide its
document legalization services at Esplanade, “G” Floor on Ratchadapisek
Road from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 – 16:00 hrs. Except Saturdays –
Sundays and public holidays

I'm guessing this means the Esplanade shopping mall?

Good day. I need the stamp from MFA.
Is this office of Legalization Division in Esplanade still working and provide the service for foreigners?
Thank you!

Not there anymore. Other than main office on Chaeng Wattana road there is this one.

"Office of Nationality and Legalization Khlong Toei MRT Station"

Number 2 here in Thai, http://www.consular.go.th/main/th/services/6441/87789-สถานที่รับรองเอกสาร.html
