meniscus - need probably operation

Hi guys!!!

I have big problem with my Meniscus and I am quite cinvienced that I am gonna need to operate my knee

to fix this problem.

Now I like to ask you guys if you have any information for me what regard if it is possible to be able to

look for help at my general hospital in Chaiyaphum instead of the VERY expensive RAM also here.

Is it possible for me as a falang to go to my general hospital? Do you happens to know what money

we are talking about????

I am 63 years old

I am a falang from Sweden

I live here on an extension of stay based on marriage

So all info would be highly appreciated

It is quite possible for you to go to your local hospital but for this problem I do not recommend it. (And they would probably fob you off with an anti-inflammatory). District and provincial hospitals are not really equipped to manage this problem well.

You need an experienced orthopedic specialist.

Is there a military (army or air force) hospital anywhere near you? The military hospitals usually have good ortho docs.

Otherwise, Khon Kaen University Hospital, which is a regional government hospital (the place Chaiayapum et al would refer to) , would be the best choice.
