Thai birth certificate for child born in uk

My wife is thai and is now also a British citizen I myself are British. We have two children the youngest was born in Thailand and has a thai and British passport and are second child was born in uk has British passport we would like to registar him for a thai birth certificate in the uk were we are currently living he will be three years old in May can anyone please tell me is there an age limit to registaring a thai child born in another country have searched thai consulate and forums with no answers thank you for any help with this question

There is no time limit. I personally want registered till my late teens.

Given that a child of a Thai citizen is automatically a Thai citizen the question of when you get a birth certificate to prove this is a matter of timing for yourselves, rather than any statutory requirement to register a birth.
