Lift Access Pass Proximity Card?

Featured Replies

Bit of a long shot, but does anyone know of a place in Bangkok that will transfer the data from a proximity swipe card (used for getting into lifts) over to a proximity key fob (or additional cards)?

We only have one access card left and we’d like to copy it to create some other cards, and preferably a key ring fob, so everyone can use the lifts independently.

Any ideas of where this can be done?

Thanks

The whole point of these systems is that you cannot simply copy a card!

Usually this kind of system doesn't place data on the card but allows specific cards access by reading the unique card serial number.

Read the manual for your access control system for details of the required card / fob and to add new cards.

You may be able to enable your resident's Rabbit (DESfire EV1) or MRT (MiFare Classic or DESfire) cards to gain access.
