I have a chronic condition that requires me to take a medication called Mestinon (generic is Pyridostigmine Bromide) every day. It can be somewhat difficult to find outside of the USA or Europe. Can someone point me in the direction of any Pharmacies or Hospital Pharmacies in Bangkok that would be most likely to carry such a medication? I would like to stock up on a couple months worth.

It is available in Thailand under 2 brand names, mestinon (expensive) and Pyrimine (locally made, less expensive). It will be hard to sourec though, only a really large pharmacy would have it.

I suggest you try:

Fascino's - opposite Siriraj Hospital in Thonburi. There is another large pharmacy right next to it as well, I don't know the name. You can try emailing them at [email protected] or calling them at 02-889-5820/29

South East Pharmacy on Sukhumvit road just west of Soi 15.

Sukhumvit near Soi 2, large pharmacy sort of across fro mthe expressway entrance.

If none of these have it, they could order it for you, as you are looking to buy in bulk they would probably be willing.

Should be available in Thailand but maybe only at larger pharmacies
