Seems like he has a death wish which might be fulfilled, just like the Sae Daeng problem was overcome - standing around 1 minute and the next - well that's now history - but it certainly eradicated a problem.

The guy is an outspoken idiot but the solution to that equates in your mind to be murder? Too much hate.

No hate as I don't actually give a rat's arse what he says, just pointing out that he might well get a lot more than he bargained for.

Of course it doesn't really matter what little Kotee says or does. He represents a minority primarily in one part of the country where there is support for a separatist movement. That may be the dream of some in the ruling party too but they dare not admit to it and if they did it would be a long road to get to a worse place than they are in now.

Of course it's a lot easier to further your agenda if you feign ignorance, although I'm not sure that you're pretending.

Was that a self-description? 100% fab4. Spot on. By the way, you started sounding like Chalerm.

You have no argument here as long as UDD/PTP party officials publicly do not distance themselves from Kotee and condemned him for violent acts his followers committed. In civilized societies rabid dogs are put down before they spread rabies.

If I'm ignorant, I'd hate to be you. Now we've got the personal attacks out of the way would you like to explain your logic for that last sentence - see my post #39 for my view. Don't bother explaining the rabid dogs bit, I've already ignored that.

What personal attacks? I just quoted your own words and turned them against you. Indirectly you admitted that you actually personally attacked other posters. And above all, it seems that you don't like the taste of your own medicine. wai2.gif Still waiting for the official condemnation of a vile man who publicly calls for a civil war in Thailand. Instead, he gets 'royalty' treatment by the Thai police and was escorted from Lak Si in the police van.

Don't intimidate him with wit; he may have to take his keyboard and flee to cambodia, to troll there- safe haven for red rouge, must be a safe haven for red trollers? 555

Did they condemn him or distance themselves from him? No.

This is not just some individual, he's an influential red shirt leader. Your red spin on things is getting weaker.

Difficulty reading?

Hahaha so they don't condemn him or distance themselves from him and you really can't defend that can you? clap2.gif

OK, has the Army chief ordered his lawyers to charge the secessionists in the south (the real ones, the ones that are actually murdering people in the name of succession, not a mouthy individual who is allegedy talking about succession)?

No, I don't think he has. In fact, I'm not sure he has even managed to catch one to set his lawyers loose on.

See my point (well you won't accept it , of course), why doesn't he spend more time concentrating on the real secessionists?

Correct. He hasn't been able to catch one to let his lawyers loose on.

So maybe the red shirts would prefer the army go in and shoot the red shirt secessionists just so that there isn't double standards.

What?, you're like a dog chasing it's tail. I think the point is that prayuth has displayed knee jerk "sensibility" in carrying on with his prosecution of people who were allegedly talking about succession as opposed to the real sucessionists in the south.

Your last sentence is a pathetic ( and crass, considering the army's clash with the UDD supporters in 2010) attempt at manufacturing a situation that bears no relation to reality, thankfully.

Not can't, it's more a case of won't even bother. My "debate" with you ends here.

It's you guys that are coming up with ridiculous comparisons to push your "double standards" agenda.

Deary me.

Yingluck and Red Shirts are not on the same hymn sheet.

Has Kikoman seen this?

I agree, they are not on the same hymn sheet. Which is why I've always thought this obsession with Thaksin people have is ridiculous. The red shirts clearly are different groups with their own agendas.

There are many Red shirt groups. The UDD are the Shinawatra arm of the Red shirt movement!

Prayuth urges CMPO to act against red-shirt leader 'Ko Tee'

BANGKOK: -- Army Commander-in-Chief Gen Prayuth Chan-ocha Thursday urged the Centre for Maintaining Peace and Order to act against a Pathum Thani red-shirt leader for having allegedly manifested the wish to partition Thailand.

Prayuth said he would ask the CMPO to speed up action against Wutthipong Kotchathamkhun, alias Ko Tee, for having put up a sign that calls for secession of the North and Northeast from Thailand.

Prayuth said the CMPO must take an action against the red-shirt leader because the body is in charge of keeping law and order in Bangkok and adjacent provinces.

The Army chief said Wutthipong had allegedly violated Articles 113, 114, 116 and 117 of the Criminal Code.

" The banner which coves almost the full length of the pedestrian reads “ If this country has no justice, Gu and Mung…better separate the country. "

This is the UDD. Call for separation, threaten the kidnapping of army personnel on red shirt radio, instigate violence on the streets of Bangkok, and then retreat to Cambodia. Then return, deny involvement in all those things, say you were not serious, go back to red shirt radio, and then start all over again and erect a banner of secession. Now that Yingluck and Chalerm are private citizens, do they have any revisionist thoughts on the presence of this movement ?

"This is the UDD"

Oh dear, another one with reading difficulties.

Was the banner signed " this banner is brought to you on behalf of the entire UDD " ?

No, it doesn't, it reads, and I quote

The banner was signed by “Kotee of the red shirt guard of Pathumthan”.

the *United* Front for Democracy against Dictatorship are separated? ironic given the OP.

Their pro democracy and anti dictatorship credentials are also quite shaky, what with their infatuation with Hun Sen and the Shin clan and all that.

I'll concede their status as a front though, but the paint in the facade is starting to look rather flaky.

kikoman . . . here's some of your "documented facts" . . . your "pro-Democracy" side just don't know when to keep their mouths shut.

No No it's been incorrectly interpreted whistling.gif

Ah yes, the usual PT/Thaksin/UDD cry ...

"we didn't say that"

"we didn't do that"

"we didn't mean that"

"you misinterpreted"

"you're biased"

"we don't agree with that"

Funny how you "rarely" hear ANYONE else say these things except the pro-Govt side.

It's like arguing with a forgetful pathological simpleton liar with an itchy trigger finger

Did you miss the announcements about the so called succession made on 2nd March by the Sor por por Lanna group themselves and the government on the 5th?

The logic you are trying to apply is just sad. "If they don't deny it every time some individual decides to make a personal comment they must agree with it"

Why is it that when ever they something that is potentially positive, "the red shirts are a majority", but as soon as it's negative, "it's just a small independent group"?

Is that the case here or is it the reality that this is just one man mouthing off.

You really need to address that "majority" word obsession.

If you see this as "one man mouthing off", you should, as un-biased as you of course are, see all the speeches from Suthep ALSO as "one man mounthing off. Or do you see that differently?

Still in need of evidence Khun Chalerm...??!

Chalerm hasn't seen the sign himself. He hasn't spoken directly with Kotee about this issue. He doesn't know if this Kotee is an imposter or the real one. Who can trust media reports. As far as he knows it's just a big conspiracy to bad mouth the red-shirts.

On the other hand, personally I don't think there is a real risk of Thailand separating into multiple countries.

Yes I said that but really I didn't mean to say it as I was really flustrated because there is no justice and anyway you misrepresented what I didn't say but it has been in the planning stage for over 6 months now and I am going to take my banner and go home to eat mango and sticky rice until I explode andthen we will see if you really like that

Kotee

If you had any rational thought processes, you would not be coming out with this sort of silly rubbish.

Welcome to the rest of your very short life.

I wonder what you will be thinking as you gasp for your final breath?

'I did what I did for Thailand, I will be reborn a hero'.

or

'I wish I hadn't done this.... I don't want to die'.

I think your hard wired instinct to wish to stay alive will suggest the latter.

Too late, you have just signed your own death warrant.

I reckon he'd come across as a bit more cuddly if he made his pronouncements on his radio show with "Yakkety Sax" playing in the background.
