Hi folks,

I noticed that the Dcondo Campus Resort on Suthep Road looks just about open. It's tucked off the road so not easy to see unless you're looking, in which case you will find it easily by the sign. Being a Sansiri project, I'm guessing the condos will be quite expensive to rent, but if anyone has any ideas what the owners might be charging for the various units, then prey do tell wink.png There's nothing online yet that i could find.

There are so many new condos springing up in and around CM just lately, and one can't help but wonder if the older units are going to become devalued with so much choice now in smart new condominiums. I guess these things alway sort themselves out in the end.
