Co-codamol (brand name) is not available in Thailand. Similar preparations such as Cocet and Cemol Codeine are. However, codeine is an opioid, and as such is now strictly controlled. You'll need a prescription - and you may well find the doctor very reluctant to prescribe it.

Not only is a prescription required by only pharmacies which hold a special narcotics license can sell, and in practice this is mostly just hospital pharmacies.
