Which pharmacies known to sell Tramadol or alternatives in Bangkok?

Featured Replies

Hello

Does anybody know where the best pharmacies are in Bangkok that will often stock Tramadol or an alternative?

Having a hard time trying to find in some pharmacies unless the medicine is banned?

Thanks

There have been conflicting reports regarding the status of tramadol for OTC sale though it is still listed as allowable in MIMS.

A TV member recently purchased from Fascino, so try there. (Opposite Siriraj Hospital). If that is too far you could also try Southeast Pharmacy on Sukhumvit just west of Soi 15 and also the large pharmacy on Suk near Soi 2.

Alternatives = there are none of equivalent strength that can be self purchased at a pharmacy.

Fascino in Pattaya would not sell me tramadol. However ultracet seems to be widely available - certainly in Pattaya.

Ultracet contains 37.5 mg Tramadol and 375 mg paracetemol. So 3 ultracet tabs is equivalent of 2 x 50mg Tramadol tabs and 2x 500 mg paracetemol. A pretty potent pain killer which worked for my acute abdomen pains.

But don't take too long as it gives you a 'high' which can be addictive.
