Did anyone do this? Is it possible to get to know with flight attendant? How you can start and not to be considered as a hi-jacker?

My girlfriend used to be a stewardess for Quatar but I met her after she quit (scared of flying). I see that the Middle East Airlines still have pretty decent stews, it is just the American, Australian, and European Airlines that have gone all PC....
