THAIPHUKET
I don't see lightening protectors on Thai houses? My house ,built some 20+ years ago should be a splendid lightening attractor because it has a small tower on top ........plus behind the house, some 10 m away is a huge tree over-towering the house. Neighbors tell ua that in the past lightening hit were not uncommon. The tree and the house , however, look perfect alright. Any thoughts?
Crossy
Considering the difficulty I'm having finding a domestic installer http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/681722-domestic-lightning-protection-systems-bangkok/ I suspect nobody bothers. What is your tower made from, it may already be doing the job perfectly? By the way, the electrical phenomenon is lightning, lightening is what those cosmetic products promise to do to cute, dark skin

Maroon Watcher
I was told my steel reinforcing went into the ground so no problem. (I have got 3 m of steel sticking out for a maybe, extension -looks like a metal tree, never been hit)
