Me and my fiance applied for a UK fiance visa in January and it was declined due to them saying that part of what they require to prove my income (self employed) was missing, they also said they was not satisfied with our wedding plans. We want to make another application but I don't have time to leave the UK in the foreseeable future due to work commitments so therefore I think that to pay an agency is the only way. Can anyone recommend an agency and tell me the approximate costs? Thanks in advance.

Whether or not to use an agency is up to you; but there is no reason, if you feel confident enough, why you cannot complete the online form from the UK and send your supporting documents to your fiancée to add to hers and take to her appointment.

Remember, though, that all reasons for the previous refusal must be adequately addressed or they will simply refuse her again.

If you post the previous refusal notice, deleting all names and any other identifying information, then members here may be able to advise you on how to overcome the reasons for that refusal.

If you do want to use an agent then the only one in Thailand I know enough about to have confidence in recommending are the forum sponsors Thai Visa Express. You can PM them or click on their advert on the right of this screen.

(I know of several dodgy agencies you should avoid like the plague; but unfortunately the strict Thai defamation laws prevent me from naming them! But have a read of the pinned topic 'Visa Agents')

If you'd rather employ a UK based agent then you can search for one via the OISC advisor finder.

Edit:-

You say she applied in January; but when was she refused?

She may be able to appeal, but the notice of appeal must be submitted within 28 days of the refusal.

As 7x7 says, if you can post the refusal letter here ( removing all personal details) we can give you an idea of the chances of overcoming the refusal in a new application. Or, you can contact Paul at our office, and he will give you an assessment after he has seen the refusal letter.
