Hi This is my first time posting on this forum but i have been reading it everyday. I need some advice as i can't seem to find exact information on internet.

I just came back from Thailand. I married to my wife couple days before i came back and made my daughter passport which is under the process now.

Now what i wanna know is that once my baby get her passport can i just go back to thailand and bring her to UK or is there any sort of application or financial requirement to show and how do i get her through in Thai immigration at the airport as she wont have any entry or exit stamps on her UK passport.

I would very much appreciated if you could share some advice or experiences on this matter.

Thanks

Awng

Assuming that your wife is Thai, your daughter will have dual nationality and as such you should get her a Thai passport in addition to her UK one. You then use the UK passport in and out of the UK and the Thai passport in and out of Thailand. No need for any financial documentation or visas.

All that is needed is her birth certificate to prove she was born here to clear immigration on departure with her UK passport.

But it would be best to get her Thai passport as well so that if she returns to Thailand it can be used for her entry.

You should also have a "Letter of Consent" signed by the mother/legal guardian giving you permission to travel with your children by yourself. It may or not be needed but I have had to show mine to authorities prior to boarding a flights to Canada. not often do I travel by myself with my children but is always a good idea to have.

here is a link to a website that provides a standard form in which you fill in a few details and it does the rest. I have not used it or endorse it but there are many like it on the internet to give you just one example.
