However i dont quite understand the regulations regarding the position one is in after said visa expitres

I entered turkey in early november 2013(on a 90 day visa) and left again 5 weeks later and now wish to return in late april 2014 but is there a stipulation of only being allowed 1 90 day visa in any given 180 day visa?

Has anyone any experience of the 90 day turkey visa and quite how it operates on several entrys within say a 180 day periord

I've had no problem with several closely spaced entries and visas at Istanbul airport.

For example:

Thailand: Ordinary passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 30 days. Official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days.

United Kingdom: Diplomatic passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Ordinary, service and special passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Ordinary passport holders can obtain three month-multiple entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr.
