See if Prof. Suwat Chariyalertsak sees private patients at Sripat (he is a leading AIDs researcher and otherwise head of the CMY Research Unit but might have private hours at Sripat - not sure).

Otherwise -- Dr. Thira Sirisanthana, also at CMU so try Sripat
