condo renovations-what would be a fair quote?

Mates,

I'm thinking of doing some renovations in the condo as follows:

re-tiling the floor with 40cmx40cm tiles

re-tiling the bath floor + walls

adding recessed lights + a dimmer in the main room

the condo is around 35 sq.meters

what price quote would be fair for these jobs? I'm trying to avoid being ripped off.
