So bringing down the 30% tariff on imported car seats will make them use it? They do not even wear FREE bike helmets!!

Try and buy one ! I'm in Mukdahan, been trying to buy one and all i get is stupid looks. Asked Toyota dealer, and been to nearly every large shop in area, nobody has.

This will never happen. Even if they were cheap, not many would be bought and used. Just like motorcycle helmets.
