marcusd
Just imagine the progress that could have been made if the jealous & spiteful elite hadn't turned on the best PM Thailand has ever had. Instead we have had 8 years of hatred & mayhem, with no end in sight. It wouldn't have mattered if it was Thaksin, or any other leader that had tried to prise the power away from the traditional power base, they would have ended up receiving the same fate. Bloody hell you go on with some bullshit at times - this latest nonsense is probably the best so far. Rich Teacher I agree with you 100% Just imagine the progress that could have been made if the jealous & spiteful Taskinites hadn't turned on the best PM Thailand has ever had. 1 that had a good education and kept Thailand out of the world recciesion, Instead we have had 8 years of hatred & mayhem, with no end in sight putting some non trained puppet in control I hope you not mind me fixing the few mistakes you made I hope you are NOT Australian given your nickname here. If you are no wonder we won't have you home.

Actually you have to think how much the PTP destroyed the country.. rice scheme.. 700 billion fail.. now the first cars is failing and the tablets have failed too. So much incomptence is seldom seen in a government but you see it every day in the PTP. They seem to think they are above the law.. they are so stupid not to make any budget allocations before dissolving themselves. The PTP and their supporters make ordinary people look smart that is about the best they do. Those few red supporters on Thaivisa make us normal posters seem like geniuses. That is their one redeeming quality. But its only normal that a party that is that incompetent attracts people who are the same. Thaksin has said a lot of things that his supports pick up on and no matter how far fetched it is believed. He is like a cult leader. When they said that comment that will go down in my personal favorite UDD supporter quotes that being "Supa is not transparent and Kittiwatt is" then I truly don't think they make us look smart. They make themselves look silly! When they say there is absolutely no corruption in the rice scheme then there are some issues.

chooka
Dear Thaksin, <deleted>. everyone learnt this behavior from YOU. Why dont you man UP and stop being such a sissy. If you would have only accepted the fact that you were Corrupt and took advantage of THE Kings People maybe YOUR FAMILY members wouldnt have to stand up to defend your stolen money. its funny to think, when you did man up, you had the females in the family do it. So, heres to your family future. Karma will come. People use to look up to you till you became full of that stuff that comes out of dogs butts. Quit blaming Thai people for your actions. sincerely, me. I agree in part of what you say but to suggest corruption in Thailand was learnt from Thaksin is just plain silly. You really believe that? Thaksin had (past tense) the opportunity to go down in Thai history as one of it's greatest PMs. But he got greedy and he wanted total power. That was why he got turfed out. Likewise, Yingluck had (past tense) the opportunity to go down in Thai history, not only as the countries first woman PM, but also, had she been her own boss, as a great PM. Like her brother, she exceeded what the Thai people could accept and so now she is in the process of being turfed out. Two stellar opportunities of the Shinawatras wasted due to their massive greed and corruption. Yingluch was not only the first female PM but she was a Political Virgin (had no political affiliation with any party) She had the chance to prove to Thailand she was totally unbiased and only good for Thailand future in mind Then again my Thai wife could have also stayed the ever loving wife that she was in the first 3 years Guess we can all dream
tezzainoz
“ ... rule is not rule, law is not law, and those who have duties to provide justices do not perform justly, thus turning the country to chaos. " This is the kind of disingenuous piece of clap-trap we have come to expect from Thaksin. The quote above has nothing to do with well-wishing. It's an attack against the judicial system. It's Thaksin turning the screws, egging his supporters on. The good news is that less people are listening to him, and the rest have at least the good graces to throw up at the sound of him. Only but the strongest and most delusional of Thaksin's supporters have had the wind ( at least temporarily ) taken out of their sails. This man has the temerity to call others liars. The sad thing is - and it truly is sad, if that he likely believes that these words are actually healing and conciliatory. But they're not. And they are oh so transparent. And he doesn't see it. He really doesn't. Sad. The next page in history will not belong to Thaksin. He will undoubtedly rush to find yet another member of his family to fill Yingluck's shoes, but if the Constitutional Court recommends Article 7, the Senate will have the task of nominating an interim prime minister. And there is no way that the Senate will nominate a Thaksin " suggestion ", certainly not in today's climate. They will endeavour to nominate someone who is acceptable to both sides. But nobody wants to go back to the skype period. Nobody wants to go back to seeing cabinet ministers travel abroad seeking instructions. Nobody wants to go back to any of that. Their eyes are too open to allow that to ever happen again, and Thaksin is profoundly naive to think otherwise. The Thai people - and their constitution - have gone ahead without him. As they should. always enjoy reading your posts

Check out the channel 11/1 concession and KrungThai bank general manager, Virot Nuankhae, incident. The 2 main reasons behind the whole yellow anti-Thaksin movement. If Thaksin was the person you think he is, There would be no problems, BUT you are brainwashed into your line of thinking- SO you can understand why there is an anti Thaksin movement. wave
Thaksin pleading for unity and peace among Thais is as hilarious as General Prayuth urging Thais to adhere to the principles of Democracy which is only slightly less humorous than Suthep proposing a corruption free Thailand........ If ever there was a case for outside intervention resulting in regime change Thailand would be a worthy candidate. lovetotravel
That he has the temerity to believe that he is endowed with sufficient status to make announcements to the Thai people is just beyond belief ... and then to add insult to injury, he makes a thinly-veiled attack on the judicial system for carrying out its duty...!! I think that these words will make many Thai peoples' stomachs turn, particularly the struggling farmers...! Furthermore, how come Channel 4 is allowed to broadcast such statements from a wanted criminal with such impunity? Almost all TV stations here are owned by the government. Remember when Thaksin was allowed to broadcast his propaganda from Hong Kong a few years ago. Same BS.

Corruption was around long before Thaksin was even conceived. He learnt his art from the previous masters. Yes corruption was around long before Thaksin was even conceived. But Thaksin took it to an unprecedented level. In my opinion his biggest mistake was his vanity of riches and power, never enough of either one. This coupled with his narcissistic personality disorder which is defined by the Mayo Clinic below, led to his demise. Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance and a deep need for admiration. Those with narcissistic personality disorder believe that they're superior to others and have little regard for other people's feelings. But behind this mask of ultra-confidence lies a fragile self-esteem, vulnerable to the slightest criticism. Symptoms: Believing that you're better than others Fantasizing about power, success and attractiveness Exaggerating your achievements or talents Expecting constant praise and admiration Believing that you're special and acting accordingly Failing to recognize other people's emotions and feelings Expecting others to go along with your ideas and plans Taking advantage of others Expressing disdain for those you feel are inferior Being jealous of others Believing that others are jealous of you Trouble keeping healthy relationships Being easily hurt and rejected Having a fragile self-esteem Appearing as tough-minded or unemotional

Every word this monster utters has another meaning behind. But sadly for him and happily for the Thai people I believe that his family regime is on it's last legs, One final push ........
