Could anyone recommend a money exchange shop with rates like vasu or super rich in bkk in the patong or Kata area.

No, the only options more or less similar to SR are in Phuket Town.

Sorry, don't know where, but I'm sure a search here on the forum can help you, I remember some threads about it.

If I recieve foreign exchange it is not worth it for me to go to Phuket Town.
