Is it me or are torrents being blocked here just of late its getting hard to download them very slow or no seeds

Just use newsgroups and you will be fine. I get full speed downloads up to 4.6Megabyte (not bit) a second.

Are you using data encryption and non-standard ports?

Many ISPs are using simple throttling so modifying the port and turning on encryption could be all you need.

Have you got your torrent ports forwarded in your router? See portforward.com for more information.
