Places to sell a used SLR camera in Bangkok

Featured Replies

Hello I'm looking to sell my Canon 500D and a 100m f/2.8 Macro+ a standard lens.
Does anyone know of any shops in Bkk where I could get a reasonable price?

Did you try selling it through the Thai Visa classifieds? Might be worth a try.

^^^ Man...I'd try the TV classifieds as Fiddlesticks says first. Most

camera shops won't give you anywhere near what you paid for your

stuff...in fact their offer may be an insult to you. Good luck.

Yeah I agree camera shop won't give much .... actually I've got the same camera, which I hardly use..... and should sell too!

Perhaps a sign at your local Tesco or other notice community boards? People do seem to read them....

There's a shop inside Central Chaengwattana on the ground (the basement level ground floor), it's called fotofile. He's got tons of second hand gear and buys but like everyone has said, you will get bottom dollar. I think he also consigns stuff.

got a website, which you can easily google. I have no affiliation with them, nor have I bought gear thru them.

Did I mention that the Thai Visa classified are FREE! So what the heck do you have to lose? huh.png

Just love posting replies for people when they ask for help but then either do not read the replies or don't bother acknowledging in any way!
