Ticket Office/Terminal is situated on the left heading out of town on Thanon Chaeng Sanit, just before the Pink Bus Terminal, or directly opposite Muang Thai Insurance Life Building

Currently only 2 departures (Gold Class) per day, morning & evening.

All the usual services and comforts that NCA provides (plenty of reviews on TV and out there in Tinterweb land)

We paid THB399/person MSK-BKK last night.

That sounds good. My wife and I often have to go to Bangkok. We use Rungprasert near the SermThai plaza. They are OK although some of the buses are better than others.

We've used NCA before, twice think. The first must have been from Chiang Mai to Khon Kaen and the other was from KK so I assume it was to Bangkok. From the outside the buses don't look as flash as others but once inside you can tell the difference. I believe their safety standards are pretty high as well.

It may be that the timings aren't right for us as we often go on the 22:20 bus which is fine except you end up at Morchit in the early hours. The first time I expected it to be quiet as it was about 4:30 but it was the busiest I'd ever seen it.

Hopefully if things go well they'll add extra runs

Yes, prior to this NCA service we used Chan Tour, also operating out of the main Bus terminal in MSK near Serm Thai Plaza.

Like you, my issues were, bus age and condition, driver standard (speeding and/or brake-accelerate-brake-accelerate, which tends to slosh one about when trying to sleep), disurbance during high occupancy trips (selfish knobs playing their entertainment systems at full tilt without headphones).

But one of the main bug bears had with Chan Tour was the 'holier than thou' attitude of the Katoy attendants they use.

Some of which were at very odd stages of their metamorphosis!

If I recall the departure time currently MSK-Mo Chit is 21.40

Departure from Mo Chit- MSK about the same

But please check for certainty
