You could try Fotofile - 1st floor MBK. Haven't been there for a while but they always had a stock.

I second the eBay store. Contact him and get a price for EMS delivery within Thailand; much cheaper than his listed prices which include international delivery. Transfer the cash and they arrive in a couple of days.

I third the Ebay shop Film Carnival, or Film Festival (same seller) mentioned above.  But it's also nice to have some choice to see if you can get the film you want.  Other local retailers I purchase film from are;
