iPhone 5 c , not want give free space after delete appz

Featured Replies

Hi!

After making pictures a half your memory's of my 16 gb iPhone 5c seems to be full

Strange a hard copy of the picture always possible

When I make a video or make picture

With camera app , get the massage full

Then under the settings I can delete one app, after the process , I can make another picture again , or 2

Then memory full again

But the biggest problem

No Mather how big the size, off the app will be , I delete , the total free space is always 9,2 mb

Is there any knowledge base about this problem?

Back up all your data... Photos, music, contacts etc to iTunes and carry out a factory reset on your phone, then connect your device to iTunes and transfer all your back up data back to the device.

I can't swear this will help but can't a reboot help that?

Thats when you press the POWER key (top button) and the homepage key (front button) simultaneously about 10 seconds (until the screen goes black and the Apple icon appears) and then release them.

The reboot process takes about a minute.

I can check with my great-grandson tomorrow, he is a whizkid when I have problems with my iPhone.
