And yes, i do remember songs and keep the vids of songs that have been put on the Forum over the years. Can't remember who this one came from, but is a lovely song however. So, if anyone remembers posting this song about 8 years ago. Still lovely and thanks.

Picking up the pace a bit Patsy, hope you don't mind, such a joyful love song.

' In the middle of a shave I call your name' probably because John couldn't find his glasses!

Dancing and drinking all night on the beaches in Goa, India in the mid 80s, only the hardy were left by sunrise. Kim from Australia, was a wonderful drinker and dancer, swishing and swaying her way along to rock at its best, she was a wonder to behold, both in dance and conversation.

You are pathetic, go post your stupid song elsewhere. There are some good songs on this thread.

And by the way, most of us have heard it even before you could read.

Life and love is not all about Walking Street.

Voila.

Now, this is romance. Just get over the first couple of minutes...

Robert Plant's song for his son, Karac who died only 5 years old.

'Love forever changes', the story goes that some guy broke up with his girlfriend who exclaimed, 'You said you would love me for ever!'

He replied, 'Well, for ever changes!'

An English love triangle- Patti Boyd, George and Eric

.But it all worked out in the end.

Gene Clark's ode to his wife, simply magnificent......

Was that Gene Clark of The Byrds?

I bet you would find it hard to hear a more romantic song than "Look at Us", sung by Vince Gill.

In answer to possum1931, ( are you really 83? Congratulations if so, one year older than my dear mother), yes there was only one Gene Clark

Here is his ode to.the romance of motorbikes and the open road.

I bet Patsy will love this one, nearly 40 years ago now, and it still hurts (briefly but deeply).

Why or why couldn't they have just stuck to grass and beer? They'd still be here today.

I think it's impossible not to love a girl called Caroline.
