Great coverage, but has anyone noticed a bit of jerkiness from time to time on their World Cup channels? The picture doesn't stop. But it doesn't flow as well, it's like it's missing a few frames. Never had this problem before on any of their astro channels.

Have not been able to watch one game to date within the claimed 5 to 10 minute delay. Coverage starts an hour before the game and unless I start 365 at the commencement of coverage then I cannot buffer enough to catch up to the start of the game (1 hour after coverage start). Turned to Thai TV unfortunately.

Tim at 365 is very helpful. It is the buffering that is the issue and the time it takes to buffer. Best I can get to is 30 minutes behind. Not worth watching with that sort of lag.

You must close all torrent programmes. This causes massive problems. Do you have a private connection? If shares, this could be your problem.
