Work permit with O visa (marriage)

Hi,

Can you get a work permit with an 'O visa'? What is the process for this?

You can get a work permit and work with a non-o visa or an extension based upon marriage to a Thai.

There is no difference in the application process for getting the work permit from any other visa or extensions of stay other than attaching a copy of your marriage certificate to the application.

Although all correct in what your saying, but it might be worth adding that some DOL's want the person on a B visa before they will issue the WP, I stress some not all may ask for this

I think the number of those is perhaps one or two offices.
