Probably due to concerns re: World Cup gambling.

Why anyone living overseas doesn't use a VPN is just puzzling to me....solves a lot of these types of problems.

Which vpn service is good? Or not good?

I use witopia. It was pretty simple to install and use, they have servers in a number of countries....plus, they have live 24/7 online chat help if you need it. You try it on a monthly basis for about $5.99 US or annually starting at $49.99 US. Seems pretty reasonable for what it allows you to do and the added security (especially). Other members may be able to suggest other VPN services.

I use unblock-us and stream everything (US Content) via a Roku box. I finally had enough with True Visions and Thai TV in general. I pulled the plug, and it's a much better way to consume media.

Everybody streams tv here. It gonna be a deafening sound from all those people crying when they start putting usage limits on the internet connections like they do in Europe.

I use a VPN when necessary to access a website, but I prefer not to use it when I don't have to since my connection speed drops when connected through my VPN.

Up until about two months ago you could watch The Daily Show and The Colbert Report without using a VPN and they streamed perfectly well, but now a VPN is required and my stream has to buffer often.

I use Witopia.
