i am useing u torrent 3.4.1

since today when i download with magic link

it conects to peers but stays on downloading megadata and does not move from zero

i have googled and tryed remove dht and dht old /rebooted re stated my computer so that means i cant download with magic link

any sugestions

I've had the same problem. Delete the torrent and reload it. Doesn't seem to be any rhyme nor reason to the occurrences.

Most torrent sites tell you not to use utorrent 3.4.1 as its unstable but to use an earlier version such as 2.2

Agree with the above. Never had a problem using V 2.2.1

bloke down our way swears by 1.8.2

Use qbitorrent instead. Sorted.

Been using it for years...and have the latest and greatest. No problems, one of the best.

Try the portable version... Most of my programs are portable, and easily loaded from a usb thumb drive on any computer running windows. Your torrents can be saved on your hard drive.

I think there is a problem with the way ISPs are dealing with the ip4 to IP6 translation that is breaking the latest version of uTorrent, I've switched to Tixati

I use Bitcomet which is usually very stable.
