curious to know if there are any - as the Tour starts in a little over a week

There are 18 Pro Tour teams in the Tour de France (that's all of them) plus 4 Pro Continental Teams, a total of 22 teams. Pro Tour is the top level of team. Pro Continental is the second category of team.

There are definitely no Thai riders at Pro Tour level. I don't know of any Thai riders at Pro Continental level. There are several Thai riders at Continental level, the third level.

So, no there definitely are no Thai riders at the Tour de France and cannot be according to the rules since there are no Pro Continental Thai riders.
