Is another coup coming? PM Thaksin Shinawatra was couped in 2006. PM Yingluck Shinawatra was couped in 2014. Now that Thaksin’s daughter and proxy Paetongtarn Shinawatra is PM the coup clock may be counting down. Paetongtarn is the third leader of the disorganized progressive coalition since 2023. Members of the coalition have advocated cutting military spending and reforming the Lese Majesty law. The 10,000-baht giveaway was populist vote buying that did nothing to address economic fundamentals, and increasing the minimum wage while unemployment is rising is not wise. The economy is worsening with factories closing and unemployment rising. The coup clock is ticking and the worsening economy combined with the disorganization of the coalition suggests that it is just a question of when, not if, the conservatives coup the progressive coalition in the name of protecting Thailand. -

It is what it is. Just depends if you want to cut your saturated fat intake. I get plenty elsewhere in my diet, as already noted, so don't need it in my oils. Especially when Canola is better for my liver and arteries ... watch earlier posted vid, that most seem to ignored. I can only present the info, can't make you watch and or understand it. -

What prognistications of mine are you referring to? I supported Harris but I never predicted her victory. In fact, I expressly wrote several times that I didn't know who was going to win. The polls were too close. And I haven't claimed she really won but was cheated out of her victory. I leave that kind of denialism to the deluded and the dishonest. Like Pam Bondi, the current AG Are the Houthis on the run? Got some evidence for that? As for the Iranians, yes they're in big trouble. But what has Trump got to do with that? His administration is in the process of attempting to negotiate a nuclear deal with them. I didn't predict that. I don't recall you predicting that either. Is the market back up? Maybe from the depths but still not where it was. And it only recovered to some extent because Trump backed down on his tariff threat. We know that he backed down because he said so. That it's going to support Trump? How could it avoid hearing the case? As the story develops about the "scum" it seems that in most cases the evidence against them turns out to be insubstantial. Of course, if by "scum" you mean undocumented aliens in general, then it's going a lot slower than Trump expected. A lot slower. And he's not happy about it.
