Thai-Khmer relations: Prayuth 'had a hand in Veera's release'

Featured Replies

You don't seem to have an excuse for your twist of the truth, now do you?

With Ms. Yingluck and Thaksin's Pheu Thai party petitioned by Veera's mother and prompty ignored after the normal platitudes of 'looking into things' we're still unto the topic with Thai-Cambodian relations and how those were/are effected by the 'stray' yellow Veera.

Now of course if that makes you wonder about Abhisit and Myanmar, your internal compass might be off by merely 180 degrees. Mind you, I did mention getting a special topic to discuss Dawei which seems so near to your heart.

BTW we can do without the insults, no need for them, not even from a somewhat frustrated fabs, allegedly that is.

And we can do without your accusation of "twisting the truth" as well.

Another one of your fire and forget allegations, or are you going to be able to point out to me where I've twisted the truth, or apologise - not something you're known for.

Speaking of the truth. You indicated with out saying it out loud that Dawei was a bad deal for either country. Can you cite your sources?

My dear twister,

With

"The Dawei reference was used by me as an example that abhisit (mentioned by the poster that I was replying to) could also be open to all kinds of unsavoury people and actions."

and

"If they do respond, it's to say I'm off topic (see rubl above),"

may I be excused to wonder why you post about 'Dawei' in the topic of "Thai-Cambodian relations"? Maybe just to get in the "obligatory rant about Abhisit"?

So to conclude, in the East we have Cambodia bordering Thailand, in the West Myanmar. The topic is about the relation with the nice people in the East. The topic is not about the relation with the nice people in the West. With 'Dawei' in Myanmar, that's for another topic.

I'm surprised no one here seems to have anything positive to say about that stray yellow being brought back to Thailand to allow him to hear charges of terrorism in 2008. Strange indeed.
