Yes trollism is likely but i think he may in fact suffer from Munchausen Syndrome , as he has all the symptoms ,even country of origin ;

Go to Makro and in addition to the toothpicks, get all the rubber bands you need and rather than your out of window theme, why don't you make [ with the rubber band assistance] a recreation of your most recent 21 meter flight...... with the rubber bands you can give the toothpicks a motion element.
