A quick check shows a well known, prolific, Pattaya member has about 10,200 of these things.

Actually I only have about 450 but I deleted half a million the other day.

Until you mentioned it I had no idea a count was kept of likes and no I haven't rushed to see how many I have got. It reminds me of Facebook where a friend is constantly telling me how many likes he has achieved that day.
