Monty Python's Flying Circus Live - on Truevisions now

Featured Replies

On the Sundance Channel (229) right now is the Monty Python live show from the O2. Surprised to see it being broadcast in Thailand so quickly as it was only on stage a few days ago.

predictable, I suppose...

i thought it had flopped?

I saw it last night. I'm a big MP fan but i thought it was embarrassing. A bunch of old men trying to re live their 50 year old jokes. Better to watch the real thing on video than see this travesty. Not the same without Graham anyway.

Out of curiosity, was it heavily censored like the UK version? Bleeping annoying bleeps, and a few sketches cut.

There were some bleeps although later on a few "<deleted>" crept in.

Like Chris, I thought it was rather embarrassing however some of the classics still work (The Argument Sketch) and it was interesting to see them doing it live.

I've read the uncensored version is due out after Tuesday this week when it airs on UK TV after the time threshold.
