Let a Thai look at relevant websites or take the time to look around. I recently found a brand new house, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all ground floor,  garden, wall and gate etc., in a moo baan with good security for 10,000 THB per month.

There are several new moo baan's under construction in different stages of completion so a new house should be easy to find.

 

I saw a house the other day @10,000B per month but they wanted 6 months rent for a security deposit plus 10B a until for Elect....

 

Little chance one would get back the deposit & being ripped off @ 10B a unit for power,

 

Yesterday I looked at a condo 20,000B per month but it was only 30 SQ M.

 

Its not easy trying to find the right place.
