Internet Si Songkhram

I have a friend living in Ban Na Po just outside Si Songkhram. His ToT Internet connection is totally unreliable being more off than on and the local ToT office will do nothing to rectify his problem.

Does anyone know of a decent/reliable supply in this area without using the expensive dongles etc?
