OxfordWill
I have the option to go to either Cardiff, Hull or London consulates to apply for my new ED Visa. Which one is advisable? The cardiff website suggests it is a 20 minute process if one arranges a meeting beforehand. But I have heard murmerings that they now have to "send everything via london anyway" which would seem to make it a pointless exercise unless one lived in Cardiff. Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance.
Upnotover
In my experience Cardiff will reply to an email quickly (and they answer the phone as well) and would be the most accurate source for information.
ubonjoe
Only multiple entry visas have to be approved the embassy. You should still be able to get your visa quickly at any of the consulates. But only in person. The embassy now accepts mail in application,

OxfordWill
Im not sure they do either, according to the website they do, but the phone says they do not. Anyway, I did it in person in London and is was painfree.
