I firmly believe in complaining (yes even in Thailand) if I get bad  service and conversely in handing out plaudits if I get good service (yes even in Thailand).

I recently bought a Z97 1150 socket m/b from ADVICE when I got it home and installed the CPU it wouldn't POST. I removed the CPU and saw that there was some damage to the ZIFF socket (I don't know whether it was there before or if it happened in my possession). .Anyway I took it back to ADVICE and asked them to repair the board (new ZIFF) at my cost since I couldn't prove one way or another where the damage occured. They said OK and wait two weeks. When I went back to check, they said that I could have a new board or a refund. I was amazed as my experience in Thailand as a consumer has not been good.

Anyway I cannot recommend them highly enough. I use the one in Korat and the staff are pleasant and helpful unlike JIB where they couldn't care less. If you order one day the goods arrive the next from their branch in Bangkok (IT centre). They also have a WEB site.

Like I said from my experience with them they are a great company to deal with.clap2.gif

At Advice at Phantip in Bangkok you can get good service or bad service depending on who waits on you. Their prices are quite reasonable which recommends them.

Agree advice.co.th gives good service. They recently opened a branch in Prachuap. I ordered a a hard disk on a Sunday afternoon, staff checked availability, was told it would be delivered two days later, at 1pm got the phone call to come and collect. AA
