"No One is Prepared for What’s Happening in CANADA... | Victor Davis Hanson"
but trump is right. borders are arbitrary. in Europe, countries have distinct languages and cultures. USA isn't even a country. it's a mix of different regions. same with Canada. Alberta is more like Texas than the rest of Canada. And agree. Ship Trump to El Salvador and see how he likes it. -

Prince Harry The Interview: Sends Shockwaves Through Royal Circles
Harry is a deluded moron that plays second fiddle to his wife's online persona and mental issues, and who is detached from reality and blew it all for a bit of pussy... isn't the first and won't be the last. Better to let the big head do the thinking and he should stop digging and put the spade down. -

Chinese robotics firm reveals major humanoid robotics advance
They already have a fleshlight....why not get a lambo. The efficiency would be notable. Time saving. No performance regret as she will always tell you how great it was. Not personally of course I NEVER have issues. I like to think of it as performance efficiency rather than erictle dysfunction. -

High Interest Savings. Suggestions Please.
If you are renting, and seems you'll be in TH for a long time, then consider buying a condo. Put the 2M in a higher interest account, even if 2-2.5%. Borrow the money for the condo, using that account as 100% security (collateral against mortgage), so no income needed, or buy flat out, which ever works best for you. Your ROI is the lack of paying rent. 2M condo @ minimum worth ~15k a month rent saved = ~100% ROI in about 12 years, and still have the principle / equity of condo, and no real risk of losing money. As rents go up, ROI is higher. If your situation changes, you can always rent it out, or sell. No loss, as long as in it for first 5 yrs. Should break even on a quick sale, if needed. Although 5 years of 15k a month saved (900k), is a nice return also.
