New 90 day reporting requirement?

Featured Replies

I went to do my 90 day report today and took the usual paperwork, photocopy of passport, address document and form, I was also asked to have the house owner (tabien ban has wifes fathers name) attend and also have him fill out the form for house master notifying of aliens staying at the residence before they will do my 90 day report in Kanchanaburi.

Has anyone else come across this?

Some immigration offices may be doing it but not all.

He should be able to fill the form out and attach signed copies of his house book and ID card to it. Then you could turn it in and get the receipt for it.

Download of TM30 form: http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/download/pdf/tm30.pdf

They gave us 2 forms, one is the tm 30, th other is like a spreadsheet to list each person like a guest house would, they also stated he must attend in person to submit the form

The spreadsheet form is simply part of the TM30 form. It consists of 2 parts that need to be filled in by the house master and can be done at the local police station if there is no local immigration office.

Phuket Immigration

Has anybody had to provide these documents at Phuket immigration for the 90 day report?
