I'm not talking about 1 meat 3 veg on a Sunday.

Although gravy never hurt anyone and always makes a good meal juicy.

It maybe a Papaya substitute?

Not sliced or diced but whole!

No Thai chilli involved but a distincly spicy theme.

I'm starting to feel left outviolin.gif.pagespeed.ce.8MK3fN8NTC.gif

To quote the words of Bugs Bunny "What's up Doc?"

Do you think this may be the answer..I am seriously perturbed by this development..

Beta carotene

Carotenes, especially beta carotene occurs abundantly in nature. It is estimated that nearly more than 500 different carotenoids like β-carotene, α-carotene, lutein, cryptoxanthins, zea-xanthins...etc distributed throughout the plant and algae world. Although many of these have proven independent functions, however, around 50 or more can be metabolized to vitamin-A in the human body. β-carotene is the most prevalent carotenoid in the plant sources of food supply and is also known as pro-vitamin A.

Roughly, 6 µg (range varies widely 6-18 µg) of ß-carotene is equal to 1 RE (Retinol equivalents) or 3.33 IU of vitamin-A.

Hi there BKK BB ... how's life?

More importantly, how is your wife's sick relative?

Is she back with you now in the UK or have you and the twins made it to Isaan?

I did feel for her and your Bank Account.

Sort of unusual for a Thai to crave carrots as it's not a 'standard' Thai Vegetable.

Still, more veges in the diet would have to be good for her ... for most people.

Broccoli is on special in Australia ATM ... $1 a kilo, great value @ that price.

Most rabbits like whole vegetables. I presume it is the same with bunny girls?. Something to get their teeth into. Carrots, cucumbers, spuds....
