I am looking for a reasonably priced Samsung TV remote. I am close to Kad Suan Kaew Central. Any remote sellers or Samsung dealers close by? Any idea what a remote should sell for as when I appear as a foreigner usually the price doubles.

Since you are mentioning Kad Suan Kaew, I will move this to the Chiang Mai forum. You might try Amorn, which is not too far from there, they used to have a large selection of remotes.

If you have a smart phone you can download a Android application ie Smart Remote and then you have a wireless remote . Something you might want to try .
