Portable Far Infrared Sauna, where to buy in BKK?

I want to buy a portable FIR sauna but really don't know where to look in Bangkok. Google doesn't really turn up anything except some dubious Chinese models from Alibaba.

It seems to me I've seen something like that in Tesco Lotus, but not sure. Anyway you might want to check out the big Tesco Lotus and Big C stores and take a picture.

They have steam ones for sale at Tesco etc but no FIR properties.

So, why not just sit out in the sun for a little bit longer? A lot cheaper.
