Thonglor new project between Soi 8 and Soi 10

Does anyone what is the project in progress in Thonglor (Sukhumvit 55) between soi 8 and soi 10 ?

Is it condo, or mall project ?

I heard from an agent its a mix use residential building, probably a small plaza on the bottom floors, something like 20-25 floors.

There is a new one on Soi 10, next to Hampton, which i believe is going to be an office.
