I moved up to C Mai from Pattaya earlier this year and found the best and most efficient way. It's 1000 baht per cubic meter from BKK. From BKK to Pattaya, same as to Chonburi I would expect, it's a bit extra. I had them bring a BIG truck and that cost only 6000 baht extra. They have a smaller one at a lower price for the portion fro BKK to Chonburi. Contact Inter Mover to get a bid. They are located in Chiang Mai...
