Thai True Move H (Internet) in Lao - Vientiane & Savanakhet

Anyone know if the True Move H signal travels into Lao, we will be going to Vientiane and to Savanakhet both quite near to Thailand. Its not so much for the phone its for Internet use,3G if possible but a slower service would do. Thanks.

I got a weak but useable Truemove H 3G signal in my fourth floor hotel room in Vientiane. No signal at ground level. No telephone signal anywhere.
