For fans of the smiley grill, they are now offering the BT50 Eclipse. Apparently a take on the X Series Isuzu.

Test report in a Bangkok based English language paper today.

One line of interest, it mentioned that the 3.2L engine in the Ranger will be dropped for 2015. The only engine available for the BT is the 2.2l.

Shame they're dropping the 3.2. I guess the 3.2 might becone a little more sought after. Anyone here got a 3.2 BT50? How's it compare with the equivalent Ranger? I've read it's slightly differently tuned.

AFAIK they did not drop it. I think the OP is referring to the Eclipse only being available in 2.2.
